On-Line Registration Opens March 1st, 2005 Be sure to register early. All entries received (mail or on-line) by midnight, March 31st, will be entered in a draw to win an OWTS Wearable Prize Package that includes an OWTS gym bag, golf shirt and running hat.

New Pre-Season Swim Clinic http://www.womenstriathlon.com/tri/clinics.htm
Join us for a at E.C. Drury High School in Milton. The clinic is Saturday March 26th, 2005 10am – 12pm. Space is limited to 30 swimmers, so register early. Mail in registration is now available, or on-line starting March 1st, 2005. The clinic will cover confidence in the water, stroke improvement, swimming in a straight line, improving your stamina, training and much more.

New Bike Clinics and Training Ride – READY, SET, RIDE http://www.womenstriathlon.com/tri/clinics.htm
Join us for a set of three . The READY, SET, RIDE clinics will cover topics such as choosing a bike, accessories, bike maintenance, changing a tire, and much more. The final clinic will be a group ride. READY clinics are being held at Kelso Conservation Area in Milton on Thursday April 7th and Tuesday April 12th 7 – 9pm. SET clinics are being held at Kelso Conservation Area on Thursday April 21st and Tuesday April 26th 7 – 9pm. The RIDE clinic will leave from Spokes 'N Slopes (http://www.spokesnslopes.com) on Saturday May 7th at 9:30am.

Tri for the Sky:
Be an inspiration to yourself and other women! The five winners of the second annual Tri for the Sky contest will receive recognition, a free OWTS race entry and support with their training. You could be one of this year’s Tri for the Sky trainees by writing to let us know what inspires you about the possibility of being a triathlete. Dream big, one step at a time! Tri for the Sky Editors Challenge:
The Ontario Women's Triathlon Series takes an interesting twist as the editors from our media sponsors at the Orangeville Banner and the Milton Champion newspapers diary their training experiences and battle for the title of top finisher in our events. This year we are hoping to profile more women involved in the sport on our website. If you are a new or experienced triathlete, we’d love to hear your story.
