The OWTS Swim Clinics are on Saturdays from 10am to 12noon at E.C. Drury School in Milton. Registration opens at 9:30 AM.

The clinic includes poolside instruction by qualified coaches, in-water drills, and skills development, stroke critique and encouragement. The women will be placed into 3 groups based on ability level. All ability levels are welcome and can benefit from the clinic. There will be training handouts and some free gifts.
We will also have on hand some of our Training Log Books for sale at $ 15.

Directions to EC Drury School:
From the south:
Take HWY 25 north; it becomes Ontario St when you are in Milton. The school is at 255 Ontario St, the second set of lights after
Derry Road. (Campbell St is at the left.) Turn right and go past and behind the main building to the Sports building at the back.
From the north:
Hwy 25 south to Steeles; turn left. Hwy 25 continues as Ontario Street through Milton. Go south on Ontario Street. At 5th set of lights turn left into E.C. Drury School, 255 Ontario St. (Campbell St is on your right). Go past and behind the main building to the Sports building at the back.

Bike Clinics

Description: Bike safety and maintenance. At the end of the clinic you will be able to adjust brakes, change a tire, clean and lube the mechanism and do personal safety checks. All three clinics are identical.

These clinics are presented through the generosity of the staff at Spokes 'N Slopes.

Location: Kelso Conservation Area, Milton
Time: 7 PM to 9 PM
Cost: $40 (includes either a Crank Brothers Speedlever or a set of Allen Keys)
Limit : 10 per clinic

Directions:   From the 401 go south on HWY 25 (Regional Rd 25) to Steeles.
Turn right onto Steeles, then right onto Tremaine. You will see the sign to Kelso; enter the park and follow the road. You will see the OWTS sign. If you are coming from the Burlington area, you can go straight up Tremaine from HWY 5 (Dundas)

Triathlon Clinics

Tuesday, June 16 - Focus on bike, run and transitions.  

Tuesday, July 14 - Swim, bike and run; focus on the open-water swim.

Tuesday, August 4 - Swim, bike and run; focus on registration and transitions.

Location: Kelso Lake, near boathouse
Time: registration 6:30. Clinic starts at 7 to 9 PM or until dark
Cost : $40.00; Park Fee $5.00
Limit: none (well, no more than 100!!!)

Directions: From 401, take HWY 25 south, turn right on Steeles, right on Tremaine, then left into Kelso. From the QEW take HWY 25 north, turn left onto Steeles, then right on Tremaine, and left into Kelso.

There will be an entry fee into the Park, $4.50 (plus a premium of $0.25 during July and August).

All the clinics are sanctioned by Ontario Association of Triathletes (OAT)

In light of the West Nile Virus, please ensure that you are properly protected at the clinics. Longs sleeves and insect repellent are recommended.

*Park entry is not included in the Clinic fee.
